On the outside, this new, commercial grade air automatic heat press looks like its cousin, the N-840. On the inside, this wonder has been upgraded to provide higher-speed productivity and reliability.
The C-800D is a commercial grade air operated machine with a 16"x20" heat platen. The C-800D has adjustable time up to 999 seconds and temperature control up to 450 degrees F. Starting with very high quality shoulder bolts and bushings, to extra strong handle linkage and a heavy duty 45 amp relay, everything possible has been done to provide heavy-duty and worry-free performance.

16"x20" heavy duty, even heating platen.
Push the handle down slightly and the air assist takes over, applies the set psi pressure, then will release on its own when the time has elapsed.
Just set the air psi and no other pressure adjustment is needed in between products of different thickness.
Digital timer is adjustable up to 999 seconds and shows time countdown on readout.
Calibrated digital temperature control is adjustable up to 450F (232C) and displays the current temperature.
Utilizes a long lasting pneumatic air cylinder lift system.
Applies all types of transfers on items up to 3/8" thick.
Press opens a full 40 for easy placement of products.
Optional Shuttle System allows you to layout a product and transfer while another is transferring.
Self purging water separation trap included.
Air compressor required.
Lifetime warranty on heating element and 1-year warranty on components.
